Chocolate Smoothie

One of the biggest cravings ever and every diet's enemy is with no doubt the chocolate. Chocolate is one of these foods that simply makes you happy and puts you in a better mood. Unfortunately, most of the chocolate bars and all kind of chocolate desserts are full with lots of sugar and fats we don't need and are not good for our health and weight.

But don't worry! There is still a way to enjoy the deliciousness of the chocolate but in a healthy way.

This chocolate brownie-like smoothie will satisfied every sweet craving.


For two servings

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 7-8 dates

  • 2 t.s chia seeds

  • coconut milk

  • 2 t.s. cocoa powder

  • 1 capsule vegan probiotic - ProViotic

Serve with some fresh fruits like blue berries and topped with coconut flakes.
