Vegan Cheese with Herbs

  • 300 grams of raw cashew

  • The juice of half a lemon

  • 1 capsule of ProViotic

  • Himalayan salt

  • 3 table spoons yeast flakes

  • Herbs of choice

  • Coconut butter for spreading


  • Soak the cashew fr at least 4 hours. When it is completely soft rinse and dry.

  • Mix the cashews, lemon juice, salt, yeast and the content of the probiotic capsule.

  • Blend well till smooth.

  • Leave the mix for an hour in a bowl spreader with the coconut butter. In an hour take the cheese carefully out.

  • Cover the cheese with the herbs and leave in a fridge for at least an hour.

  • Consume directly or spread on a slice of bread.


  • The cheese is ready to eat directly after preparation but in order for it to be easier to slice leave it longer to harden.
