Vegan Cheese with Herbs

Ingredients
300 grams of raw cashew
The juice of half a lemon
1 capsule of ProViotic
Himalayan salt
3 table spoons yeast flakes
Herbs of choice
Coconut butter for spreading
Preparing
Soak the cashew fr at least 4 hours. When it is completely soft rinse and dry.
Mix the cashews, lemon juice, salt, yeast and the content of the probiotic capsule.
Blend well till smooth.
Leave the mix for an hour in a bowl spreader with the coconut butter. In an hour take the cheese carefully out.
Cover the cheese with the herbs and leave in a fridge for at least an hour.
Consume directly or spread on a slice of bread.
Notes
The cheese is ready to eat directly after preparation but in order for it to be easier to slice leave it longer to harden.
